The Blue and White in Me is a truly inventive and relevant documentary film that embodies the unprecedented nature of 2020, the year of the covid-19 pandemic through the lens of disabled filmmaker, Daniel Castro. This film is an attempt to rediscover his voice as the global pandemic halted production on his call to action documentary that vowed to spark change for the disabled community’s struggles and inequalities with airline travel.

Through the use of groundbreaking hidden footage, intimate b-roll, archival footage, stock footage, and an earnestly raw narration, Daniel takes us on an introspective journey to discover a new direction for the film.  The Blue and White in Me is Written, Directed, and Produced by the Daniel Castro.
